"Mark welcomed me enthusiastically, and quickly found out exactly what my needs were.
He discussed the best way to cut my, somewhat challenging hair, and agreed the best plan between us.
He took my through the cutting process, while we discussed all manner of topics, many of which we had common interests in. He was interested in me and what I did and I asked him things about his experience in the shop location.
It felt like I was talking to a mate I had known for decades. The haircut itself, was done with care, precision and obvious pride in producing the best possible result. Mark clearly cares deeply in giving excellent service. I was very happy with the end result and intend to make Cousin Freddie's my future, regular barbers.
